To cash out funds at FNB, Nedbank, or pay with Smartload on www.store.smartcall.co.za, you must upload a valid South African ID or a valid passport if you are not South African.

, along with a selfie holding your ID or passport.

 

To upload your documents:

Visit www.smartcallonline.co.za.

Log in to your account.

Click on SmartLoad

Then click on Dealer Registration.

The deadline to submit these documents is 30 November 2024. Failure to update your documents by this date will result in your inability to withdraw funds or make purchases on www.store.smartcall.co.za.

From 1 December 2024, all non-compliant agents will not be able to perform cashout until compliant.
